An array of specialty back-lit, high resolution cameras determine the exact location of each
and every rectangular lite staged beneath the CNC bridge applicator. This allows the conveyor
system to stop a lite, to which Dura Platform Spacers are to be applied, and instantly adjust
the trace origin and rotational axis to begin application. Camera squaring enables TAPE 1500
to shave seconds off of each application cycle’s trace by eliminating this significant portion of
squaring time. The benefit is spacer application is square to the glass and not dependent on
operator “feel”. The camera arrays apply to both sides of the horizontal, parallel processing
