pneumatically operated Tilting Caster Table is designed of heavy
duty all steel construction.
The tables
tilt from horizontal to vertical and are powered by two pneumatic
cylinders. Pressure sensitive safety valves prevent tilting action
even if an air line is cut during the cycle. Furthermore, the
table will not tilt if the bottom stops are not up and in the
locked position. Tilting Caster Tables are used for the following
glass applications:
- Topping
insulated glass units (IGU's)
- Two
tables used in conjunction for topping extra large IGU's
- Unloading
large IGU's to vertical storage carts/racks
- Secondary
sealant application
These tables
can be manufactured with additional side alignment stops or with
optional pull-out extension arms.
