	The Besten Automated Spacer Applicator. Designed to apply Swiggle™ Seal or DuraSeal™ in a fully automated and high production environment. The system produces the highest quality insulated glass units (IGUs) for sizes ranging from 14" x 20" to 78" x 96". Used independently or in conjunction with the T.A.P.E.™ System, the machine can produce up to 1,000 standard 24" x 36" IGUs in a shift. The six-axis, servo driven gantry was built for speed as well as longevity. The system carries an inkjet printer on board to accurately mark the spacer for grid insertion as well as to provide unit indentification and date information.
	Ink Jet Grid Marker An ink-jet printer mounted on application head prints date code and unit identification code directly onto spacer during application. Also capable of printing locator lines for accurate and dependable insertion of muntins based on the formula requirements of the customer.
