Rotating Sealing Table is used for manual secondary seal application
for a variety of sizes of insulating glass units. For large units
the extendable arms should be used for extra support.
This heavy
duty machine consists of a center section 35" x 42"
with two built-in vacuum suction cups set just below swivel caster
wheels (when cup is down) mounted across the table surface. Extendable
arms are mounted on each side of the table for use with larger
size units. The table top rotates in one direction and is driven
by a geared electrical motor. Once rotation of table top is started,
it will rotate 180 degrees and stop. When the table completes
the final 180 degree turn, it will return to its lowered position.
Working height is adjustable by way of floor mounting bolts. The
table top raises 8" from the working height of the base frame
for easier sealant application.
