The Besten
Manual Application Sealing Table (MAST) is used for the application
of Swiggle_Seal.
Units should
be centered over the cup, which is actuated by a toggle switch.
The cup mechanism rotates in 90 degree increments to complete
all four sides of the unit. Upon completion of sealant application
to a side, the operator pushes the foot-pedal to release the cup.
After rotating the glass approximately 15 degrees, the foot pedal
can be released. At 90 degrees the cup will automatically lock
in place.
The MAST
is also offered with a one-half formica top for use with a hand
tool. Further options include side alignment stops for topping
of the unit on the table as well as grid marks for muntin alignment.
