Type BE3-A/O
The extruder is designed for high volume butyl application. Two
independent nozzles extrude the PIB primary sealant onto the two
sides of the spacer frame. The 3-gallon butyl chamber has a spring-loaded
coupling, which lifts the barrel to 45 degrees for fast refilling
of the sealant slug.

Designed for high volume application on assembled spacer frames.
Sealant is extruded onto three sides of the spacer with adjustable
controls for each stream of material. This extruder can be used
independently or with more automated prepared spacer infeed systems.
The extruder is designed to be fed by an independent sealant pumping
system.
